Refund Policy

At beyourbestestself.com, we are committed to providing high-quality health and wellness services and products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.

 

Due to the nature of personalized coaching and wellness services, we do not offer refunds for sessions that have already been completed.

  • Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.

  • Packages of multiple sessions may be eligible for a partial refund for unused sessions within 14 days of purchase. Contact us directly to discuss your situation.

Digital products:  All digital product sales are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of downloadable content, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once the product has been delivered.

If you experience any issues with your digital download or did not receive the product, please contact us and we will ensure you get access.

If we offer physical products (e.g., supplements, wellness merchandise):

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error.
